Return Policy We trust that you will be happy with all of our Jewelry Boxes. However should you be disappointed upon receipt of your Jewelry Box(s)…please do the following: 1) Call customer service to get an authorization number. 1-800-952-4635. 2) Item(s) must be returned in original condition along with all the original contents. 3) The item(s) must be properly packaged for shipping with the return authorization number printed in the left hand corner of the package. 4) The packaged items must be insured for the cost of the item. 5) Returned items must be shipped by UPS or Fed-X . Items returned must be received within 2 weeks of original delivery date. Upon receipt we will inspect all items for any damage or any modifications. If the Item(s) have been found to be damaged or any modifications have been made to the item(s), the item(s) will be returned to you without a refund or credit. All refunds will be less shipping & insurance charges.
